Ross Bakery was established by Alex & Margaret Ross in 1954.  Their son David joined the family business in 1965 and his son Simon joined in 1990.  David and Simon now run the business together specialising in pies and savoury products.  They have won numerous awards from the competitions they have entered over the years.

Melissa, Simon's wife, started Chapel Apartments in 2006, having experience in Business Travel for 9 years.  As part of staying at Chapel Apartments our clients get a breakfast voucher which allows them to choose a ‘healthy’ breakfast option or hot filled roll and fresh ground coffee from the bakery.
